While nursing Harlow, now 3, in 2008, Nicole Richie said, "I really don't like [having big boobs]." Times sure have changed!
An insider tells the new issue of Us Weekly -- out now! -- that the Fashion Star mentor got implants this summer.

"In the past, she said she wanted a lift, though we never thought she was serious," another source says of Richie.

Still, "she's been open about it to friends," notes the first insider.
Richie flaunted her fuller physique while vacationing with pals in Mexico September 24 -- a stark contrast to the flat-chested bikini body she showed off just one year earlier.

The second source adds that the House of Harlow 1960 designer wanted to improve her bustline for hubby Joel Madden, 32. "The pregnancies took a toll. She said breast-feeding killed what boobs she did have!"

Nicole's right. Breastfeeding does change the girls in ways you aren't prepared for. But, it's a wonderful experience, and one I wouldn't have traded for the most perfect boobs in the world!

I suppose a lot of women with small boobs say they wouldn't want to have big boobs. I'm a D cup and I love my girls!! As long as SHE is happy with her new size is all that matters.
Models are known for their attractiveness, and men mostly compliment models, and most of them have little boobs. Wearing good undergarments can make the boobs look much larger then they are. I feel that something is wrong when a woman needs fake boobs to feel good.

considering shes wearing two different bikini tops, the first one with no support the second with a bit more support and her arms raised, i dont think shes had a boob job. She has also gained some weight back and had 2 kids...

I've had mine done to make me feel better about myself- for no one else & haven't ever regretted it. She's had a good job, good on her, no ones business but hers!

Just from those pics above though, it looks like she had them do a little something to her nose while she was under. These are the only pics I've seen of her recently, so don't know if it's just those pics or not, but her face looks different between the two pics above.
