Exclusive Video: Pauly D: I Have a Better Body Than Ronnie and The Situation

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino may be known for his killer abs, but one of his Jersey Shore costars thinks his body is way better.

"Me, Ronnie and Sitch always compare bodies. I have the best, because everything's defined, tight and well-proportioned," Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio tells Us Weekly.

The 30-year-old goes on to describe his version of the perfect body: "You shouldn't have huge muscles, and you shouldn't have no muscles; they should be just right -- like an Abercrombie & Fitch model."

And when it comes to keeping up his five hourlong workout sessions every week while shooting the new season of Jersey Shore in Italy, DelVecchio admits it won't be easy. "I'm real worried about the GTL up there because the food. There's a lot of pasta. I'm not trying to lose out on my six pack."

One thing he is looking forward to: the possibility of finding love abroad. "I heard Italian women are beautiful and maybe I'll find somebody out there to bring home to mother," he says.

I love my "Pauly D". I think he is just right, well defined all over without being freakishly big; plus I think he is sweet and a gentlemen, compared to the rest of the guys on the Jersey Shore

Ronnie's too thick and Mike's too defined. Pauly D is the best of both worlds.
