Though she doesn't turn 18 until Tuesday, Miley Cyrus sure looked like an adult when she was caught in a heavy makeout session at her birthday bash in L.A. Sunday night.

Clad in a black bra and leather pants, Cyrus leaned up against a banquette as teen star Avan Jogia seductively nuzzled her neck at Trousdale nightclub. See more shots of Miley's birthday bash.
But her steamy smooch with the Victorious actor, 18, wasn't the only thing that had partygoers gawking.

"She was so busy dancing and hanging with her friends," an eyewitness tells UsMagazine.com, adding that Cyrus and Ke$ha had a dance-off to Pink's "Raise Your Glass" that brought "everyone out on the dance floor."
And don't expect the party to stop anytime soon: Earlier that evening, Cyrus told Access Hollywood that her birthday festivities will continue for at least another week.

"I have a birthday month," she said. "I do the whole month of November. Thanksgiving, cake -- [it's] all about me on Thanksgiving!"

53Yea she's 18, but she's 18 with her poster all over 10 year old girls rooms across america. They love her, they want to be like her, as stupied as that is cause all she does is wear skanky clothes and hump everything she gets between her legs when she's not on a Disney set. I understand she's growing up and of course your gonna kiss someone eventualy in your life, but she knows lil girls look up her and she still proceeds to be trashy in front of everyone. Its funny how they say oooo cameras are everywere following her, but they do that to Taylor Swift and Dakota fanning and you dont see photos of them showing there bras or g-stings coming out of leather pants. This pic is just trashy, she's always going to be trashy. Im suprised she's not pregnant yet. Guess she's just got lucky.

The girl is 18!! Give the kid a break!! So, she was kissin a guy! Just because she is a teen star does not mean she has to be perfect all the time and i dont see anything wrong with makin out especialy for an 18 yr old girl. She isnt hurting any1 and she isnt doing anything that most kids her age r doing. Why is it a surprise that a beautiful young talented girl is kissing some1? I have seen so much worse at the mall and on middleschools!! So i think that people need to get a grip and face reality that kids grow up and have lives weather they r in the spotlight or not and i say good 4 her!!! Just dont grope eachother. I wouldnt do that with my hubby at my age and i dont like seeing it no matter who it is or how old they r. But there is nothing wrong with kissing and i think people make a bigger deal out of Miley than they ever did with any other child star. Why is that. I think people should stop making these kids feel like its their fault when regular kids get in trouble, Miley did it, so its her fault my kid did it. Sorry, but bad parenting had something to do with it, and not to burst any1s bubble, but kids mess up and we need to stop being so nieve in thinkin that we tought our kids better than that so they will never make any life aultering mistakes and they will never do anything stupid. I know some people forgot what it was like to be kids, but i know i havent. I hve great parents and they did try to protect us frob all the terrable things in the world. But there is only so much u can do and they need to make mistakes to grow and become real, productive, beautiful people. I think that its not Hollywood doing damage to these Child stars, its people that think they have to be perfect and never be a kid. I think that people shouldnt make such a big deal out of kissing in public and wearing tight cloths or oh no God forbid they have somr kinda medical or mental problem. That means they r bad for our kids? I think people should teach their kids that r people too and that they deserve respect and the right to make all the same mistakes we all do. Since when is ok to say that its not ok to allow our kids to bully and invade socalled Normal kids but go ahead and judge some1 u have never even been in the same room with or had a conversation with!! I think Miley is just a normal 18 year old girl who is trying to find out who she realy is and so what if she is a little over the top sometimes and its ok if she kisses some1. She is only human and needs to be looked at as that by our kids. I never want my kid to think that she lives or thinks any different than these other kids and that these kids r any happier than her and that they never make mistakes and that their mistakes even if they r no different than the 1s our kids make have any different consiquences. Sorry for the book, but it just makes me so angry to think that Miley is no different than any other 18 year old in maturity and actions, but she is looked at as some damaged kid thats rebelling in some way because her mommy and daddy r no longer together. Its an excuse and alot of kids have parents that divorce and they all cope differently, but kids that have parents who r married forever and r happy, no one thinks they make all the same mistakes these kids do. People r nuts if u think thats why kids do the things they do. Get a grip, she's a regular everyday 18 year old girl who is totaly intitaled to do what all the other kids r doing.
This is so sad to me- I love Miley and so do my girls!! I hate what Hollywood does to these kids. I thought she might be different but now with her parents getting a divorce- who knows what will happen? She needs to think about what she is doing in public! I will still hope for a better outcome for her!!
First off...it is my job to be a role model to my daughter, not Miley's. The choices I make will have more influence than a self-entitlted teenager forced to grow up before her time. Are teenage girls hypersexualized in todays societ? YES. Is it our fault as society? YES. Here's a clue - stop putting girls like Brittney and Miley up on a pedestal and our girls won't either.
i THINK she needs to be more conscience that lil kids look up to her. I dont care what she does.. but not in public! There's a time and place for everything!!
Technically, she's not doing anything wrong but she could stand to be more discreet. I'm 35 and wouldn't do that in the open especially if I was a celebrity.
I had so much fun when I was 18, wearing things I shouldn't etc. Let her have fun as long as she is sensible. Remember when you were young.....did plenty of things I wouldn't do now.

It's sad that she has allowed herself to come across like a tramp. It would have been nice if she could have been a better role model for young girls. Black bra and leather pants? Why not just get a role in a porn flick.
Ok, so she's 18 and not doing anything that other 18 year olds are/were doing (myself included). I get that, but my issue is that she is a role model to a lot of very young girls. She can do whatever she wants in private and I couldn't care less, but when you have paps around you all the time documenting your every move then have some discretion. Her audience is mostly very young girls that seem to idolize her if she likes it or not. Don't bite the hand that feeds you. With that being said, at least he is her own age...
