Pregnant Jessica Simpson: I'm Not Bothered By Weight Gain
Jessica Simpson is finally at peace with her body.
"Everybody fluctuates, but I'm open about my weight and I'm still confident," the 31-year-old mom-to-be tells the December issue of Lucky. "I didn't cry about it too much."

Currently expecting her first child with fiance Eric Johnson, Simpson adds: "I like the way I look."
According to Simpson (who had yet to confirm her pregnancy at the time of her Lucky interview), being curvy has actually helped strengthen her $1 billion clothing company.

"I got so much scrutiny for putting on extra pounds, but I think that the decision not to make myself anorexic was actually great for branding," she explains. "Because when you're really, really skinny, not everybody can relate to you."
With a baby on the way, Simpson added that she and Johnson, 32, have yet to set a wedding date.

"I haven't started shopping for our wedding yet," she admits. "When I got engaged, everyone thought I would get married immediately, but I have not put a single dress on, and by the time this comes out I will not be married! We're just enjoying being engaged right now -- and that's honest."

Unlike her previous relationships, Simpson felt a special connection with the Yale grad. "When I met him I just felt so comfortable with myself and where I was in my life," she tells Lucky (on newsstands November 8). "If he didn't want to be a part of it, he didn't have to be."

Actually, whoever said that Jessica is like the Kardashians is an idiot. Jessica has natural talent - none of the Kardashians have any talent, except being con artists. At least Jessica doesn't call the paparazzis everywhere she goes and keeps her life private. I think it's about time she had a family. I really thought she was going to start a family with Nick back then.

I'm not aware of any surgery Jessica has had. She has always looked the same, aside from the weight gain, and always had the boobs. I'm happy for her, and glad she is in a good place.
Who cares if she is pregnant and not married? She WAS married once before and we all saw how that turned out. On another note, I think it's great that she is up front about her obvious weight gain, even before she was expecting, and is all about women looking like real women. Her confidence is inspiring, especially to us who struggle with our weight.
With all her surgery she shouldn't need airbrushing. Another clown, knocked up with no husband. I agree...Bimbo.
