Sharon Osbourne: Bret Michaels' Situation Is "Devastating"

Bret Michaels continues to remain in critical condition after suffering a brain hemorrhage last Thursday, his rep tells UsMagazine.com.
"There's a rumor out there that Bret passed," says the rep. "It isn't true."
Sharon Osbourne, Michaels' costar on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice, has known the former Poison front man, 47, for 30 years.
What's happened to him is "just hideous," she told UsMagazine.com Monday at the NBC Universal Summer Press Day in Pasadena, Calif. "It's devastating, and it makes you feel all these different feelings. Your heart goes out to his family, your heart goes out to him. He's the nicest guy in the world. And then you start thinking about your own mortality. You start thinking, Oh my God. It just makes you appreciate how lucky we all are."

The last time she saw Michaels, he was in good health. "Absolutely he was," she told Us.
On Monday, Donald Trump -- who claimed to be in touch with people at the hospital where Michaels is being treated -- remarked that the rocker's prognosis wasn't "great."
Appearing on the Today show Tuesday morning, he had no updates but was praying for the best.
"He's such a good guy," he said. "I just hope he makes it."

I am a survivor of a brain bleed . We are rare and I do not know why we are chosen to survive , but we are. My heart goes out to Brett and his family. But know that the road back from paralysis and inability to do the things you used to do and love to do is not easy by any means. He will need patience and lots of love. But it can happen. Brett will be ok with all the love and prayers for him he will be ok. My husband and I love his music and even our grown kids love it (since we play it all the time). My husband is also a diabetic and their lives are very fragile but they are very strong-faith can pull you through anything.
Brett, I love every song you have ever sang or wrote. I loved Rock of Love too. I pray you get better soon.
My prayers goes out to him and his family, what Sharon Osborne said is quite true. We have to count our blessings and not take life for granted.

I really liked him when he was on the I want to be a country star program (not sure the name of it). I loved the song he wrote and liked him for who he was, or at least what I saw on that show. He is a cutey too.

I am praying with all my heart that Brett recovers fully. I have been watching him on Apprentice and from the first moment I saw him, I picked him to win. I am praying, like I mentioned above, so very hard for him. He seems like a wonderful person and his attitude and personality are great.
When Natasha Richardson died Sharon Osbourne was all over the ET type shows crying her eyes out, when she and Natasha had a long-standing mutal hatred. When the cameras were off she laughed about how convincing she was (have it from a 1st hand source). THAT SAID--why should I believe a word that comes out of her mouth? She is a phoney.
IT is apparent to anyone who has experienced Brett Michaels, over the years, that he is a really sweet and caring individual. He seems like a truly kind soul. My family and I wish him a speedy recovery and will include him in our prayers. Sending out our love to you, Brett!
Bret seems like a really nice person, and I hope he makes a full recovery and I hope that people like Donald Trump will be a little more hopeful. His fans and family don't want to hear Donald say it does not look great. How about saying, Bret is a fighter and if anyone can make it through this Bret can. I hope the media will stop interviewing celebs and wait for the doctor or Brets spokesperson to comment.

I am going to say a prayer for him...that's what all his fans should do. My mother-in law always says if you don't have your health then you don't have anything. As usual she is always right-faith first of course.

If you google Bret Michaels it shows the original title that Ashley wrote. If you click on the link it has changed. Who cares. He is suffering and you should be praying for him instead of fighting over a headline. Just relax and send some love his way.
