Real Housewives of New Jersey's Melissa Gorga may not need to do much cardio to stay slim, but she's dedicated to toning three times per week with pro Tarryn Dietterle of Bulldog Fitness. See how the "On Display" singer, 32, prevents noshing on delicious Italian dinners from getting the best of her bod.

ARMS AND SHOULDERS
The 5-foot-4 reality star sticks to light weights (no more than 10 pounds) when doing biceps curls and triceps kickbacks. "I want a more feminine look," she says. Other go-to guns moves: single-arm rows, chest presses and 60-second planks three times in a row. Bonus: The planks also help firm up her core, explains Dietterle. And though Gorga dreads shoulder presses, she powers through. "My shoulders are the weakest part of my body," she says. "So we work on them all the time."

ABS
Since having son Joey in 2010, "I've had to work extra-hard on my stomach," says the mom of three (she also has Antonia, 6, and Gino, 4, with husband Joe, 37). So she finishes sessions with 15 minutes of abs work. "She does standard, oblique and bicycle crunches and works with the medicine ball," says Dietterle. "For lower abs, she does leg raises."

LEGS
When it comes to her gams, Gorga really gets tough. "I'll do walking lunges holding 20-pound weights down the length of the house," says the 115-pound star. "And I never break a sweat. Tarryn gets aggravated!" Seconds Dietterle, "She's extremely strong. She can do my leg workouts all day long, and she never complains!"

BUTT
Gorga's got back! Thanks to...Jane Fonda? "I always try to make my butt larger," she says. "I do a lot of squats, but I love, love old-fashioned Jane Fonda moves! They work better for me than anything else -- it's the only time Tarryn says I look like I'm in pain." Her fave? "I lie on the ground on my side and rotate my top leg up and out."

GLOW
That Jersey Shore tan is a sure thing thanks to Body Bling by Scott Barnes. "My makeup artist literally paints it on me with a brush before performances and events," she says of the shimmering body lotion ($42, scottbarnes.com). "It helps define every muscle a little bit more. I mean, everyone looks better with a little shine!"
