Targeting hamstrings as well as glutes, the move can be even be done on-the-go, since no fancy gym equipment is necessary.

Duffey's key tips: Be sure to pull your abs in when you exhale and rest in between sets. "When performing High Curl at home, you can do up to seven release sets," she says. "Do this exercise three-to-five times per week to get fast, efficient results."
