Felicity bounced right back!

Keri Russell stepped out in NYC on Friday, the day after Us Weekly broke news that she gave birth to daughter Willa Lou Dec. 27.

And despite that very recent birth, the pretty actress, 35, appeared slim and svelte as ever in a denim short-sleeved shirt, jeans and platform sandals -- with barely any traces left of her baby weight.

Little Willa Lou is the second child for the former WB star and carpenter husband Shane Deary, already parents to son River, 4. See more photos of Keri out and about with her family.

Next month -- on Valentine's Day -- she and Shane celebrate their five-year wedding anniversary. The family of four lives in Brooklyn.

It's genetics people. I pity these people who criticize everybody about weight. Wait til your 40 ...when your metabolism slows down. In my 20's I could anything I wanted and still stayed thin. Hit the big 40 and have to work a lot harder to stay thin.

I have had 2 kids and looked the same as well, this is NOT a big deal to still be slim after having kids...you stupid goofs make it out to be some sort of miracle that after having kids if you can fit into your pre preg clothes a few weeks after having a baby its a miracle...not its not.

She does look great! As for Jessica, it'll be more like a mac truck to lift her!

She looks terrific because she took care of herself during her pregnancy and didn't let herself get to be a blob. Jessica Simpson will need a crane to lift her to the hospital when she give birth, the way she's eating.
