Selena Gomez: I Was "Very Malnourished" and "Exhausted"

Selena Gomez is back on the scene!

The 18-year-old singer-actress returned to the stage Monday for the kickoff of her 10-date Monte Carlo Experience With Selena Gomez tour.

Following her performance at Santa Monica Place, Gomez told Us Weekly the cause of her health scare on Thursday. "I'm fine. I was just very malnourished," she said. "I was low on iron and exhausted."

Gomez was hospitalized following an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno when she reportedly complained of nausea and a severe headache. But on Monday, she told her fans via Twitter she was "feeling much better" and thanked them for "being so understanding." (Gomez had to reschedule Friday's show to Monday due to her Thursday drama.)

So did the Wizards of Waverly Place star's beau, Justin Bieber, send her flowers? "I got very lovely things from my family and friends," she laughed.

LMAO Faye! If a 13 year old boy could impregnate Mary Kay Letourneau then Bieber can knock up Selena. I'm still not convinced. Maybe she had a pregnancy scare and that was causing her to not eat due to the stress of thinking she was knocked up at 18 by a 17 year old. They did look to be having a sexathon.
