The country singer, 20, and the New Moon star, 18, were spotted having lunch together at The Farm of Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon.

After dining together, the Valentine's Day stars -- who broke up in December after three months of dating -- took an SUV together to a nearby hotel. They were accompanied by their publicists.

Still, Swift may have her sights on another guy. She was spotted hanging out with Glee star Cory Monteith -- who told UsMagazine.com back in November that Swift was his celebrity crush, adding, "I think talent is attractive" -- at Pinz Bowling Alley one day earlier.

A source told Us that she and Monteith, 27, have been "hanging out," which included a January Grammy party and a late-night dinner in February.
The source added: "They seemed really happy."
