Jenna Dewan Tatum has been a vegetarian since age 13, and it came in handy when she packed on the pregnancy weight. To drop the weight she drank lettuce, spinach, and pear juices, ate oatmeal with chia seeds, noshed on salads topped with veggie burgers, and whipped up healthy vegetarian enchiladas.
