Unfortunately Jon has been immature in his dealings with his family. It is high time for him to grow up and face the reality. He can't just come up with any old excuse to stop Kate from doing her thing with the kids in the process of doing the show. Jon said Horribly Mean Things about Kate on NATIONAL TELEVISION. He stole Money from the kids account, and when Kate told, he said she was lying, but he ended up being the liar. He went on TV and said he NEVER Loved Kate, and Hailey was the Love of his life?. Jon and the Haters tried to DESTROY Kate & Knock HER DOWN, but it looks as though JON IS THE ONE Knocked down. Jon was a good Dad. The incidents you are talking about took place after his melt-down. Don't feel sorry for Kate she was never unable to pay her bills. I like Kate but everything I have seen or read makes me think that she is very good at using the media to slant situations to make her look like a victom or a super woman depending on the day. I hope that now the divorce is over they both get back to the values they used to have. I will be praying for both of them and the kids.

Linda, when you said Jon was a devoted father and husband, you forgot Jon's tippy-toe into another woman's house, and his banging the nanny upstairs in his own house when he was supposed to be caring for the kids!! This is not the behavior of "a fine human being". No wonder Kate declined counseling! I say she is well rid of this piece of s***, I'd scream at him, too, after some of the things he's done, like emptying out their bank account so Kate couldn't even pay bills. What is up with Jon? He's only worried about HIS comfort, HIS "toys"(the motorcycle), HIS life. He doesn't show any care for his kids or Kate. Jon is nothing but an opportunist.
