Snacking for two! Former Miss USA Ali Landry stepped out with a very visible baby bump on Friday, March 8, just two days after she confirmed her third pregnancy with husband Alejandro Monteverde.

The stunning model dressed down in black leggings, a dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a tan vest as she grabbed some food from Hot N Juicy Crawfish in West Hollywood, Calif. Landry, 39, is originally from Louisiana, where crawfish is a staple.

Landry and Monteverde, a film director, are already parents to daughter Estela Ines, 5, and Marcelo Alejandro, 17 months.

After giving birth to Marcelo in October 2011, Landry told Us Weekly that she felt extreme "pressure" to lose the 45 pounds she gained during her second pregnancy. The former Doritos Girl turned to a special meal delivery service called Chef's Diet, which helped her lose 12 pounds in two months.

"It was a thrilling moment for me to fit into a size 4 dress at the Oscars," she told Us at the time.

Landry previously costarred with fellow celebrity moms Alison Sweeney, Denise Richards, Niecy Nash and La La Vazquez in a TV Guide Network series that chronicled their conversations about motherhood.
