Abs-olute beauty! Allison Holker and husband Stephen "tWitch” Boss chatted with Us Weekly at the L.A. premiere of Alice Through the Looking Glass on Monday, May 23, about welcoming their son, Maddox, in March, and how she got her amazing abs back so quickly.

"Our son, he just noticed his hands yesterday. It’s such a miracle because they look at it and they finally see it and they realize that that’s a part of them,” Holker, who stunned on the red carpet in a L'atiste by Amy dress, told Us. “It entertained him for literally the entire day, and it was wonderful. He laughs now and he smiles. And he’s mimicking our sounds, which is really, really cool to have happen.”

Her oldest daughter, Weslie, 7, from a previous relationship, is Mommy and Daddy’s little helper, too. “She’s amazing. She changes his diapers,” the Dancing With the Stars pro, 28, said. “She always is rocking him. They’re like best friends already, and I am so happy about it.”

Last month, fans were amazed (and extremely jealous!) when Holker posted a bikini selfie with a flat tummy and incredible abs just a month after giving birth. “I love working out. Since day two of being home from the hospital, we went hiking,” she said. “I started working with my yoga instructor every Tuesday at 9 a.m. in my backyard, and it’s wonderful. I meditate and then I work out.” The mom of two also revealed she works with a personal trainer every week. “I have to stay fit. I have to stay active, mentally and physically,” she said.

The dancer makes sure to eat clean and green to stay in shape as well — which means avoiding things like cheese and bread. “We eat really healthy,” she said of her family’s diet. “We’re gluten-free and dairy-free. … We cook almost every night, so that’s something that’s really special to us, and I only eat vegetables and, like, salads and kale.”

With a newborn, the couple, who met as all-stars during So You Think You Can Dance’s season 7 in 2010, know the importance of a regular date night. “Watching a nice Game of Thrones episode and chilling is a nice date night,” Boss told Us. “We really love watching movies, going out to dinner. Nobu Sushi, one of our favorite restaurants, absolutely.”
