Jolie comes in the No. 9 spot — while Nadya "Octo Mom" Suleman (who, sources once told Us Weekly, had plastic surgery to look like Jolie) comes in first, and Gosselin in second.

Even though Babble.com notes it's "easy to despise someone like Angelina Jolie" — it explains Jolie got the title because of her work as a UNCHR Goodwill Ambassador, $1 million donation to Haiti with Brad Pitt and for supporting an orphanage in Amman, Jordan.

"Sure, she may have an eccentric, brother-kissing, blood vial-wearing past, but now she’s a mother who instills empathy, compassion and generosity — and for that, we love her," the site notes of the mom of six.
