“He is the light in my life,” Hathaway said at the premiere of her film Colossal. “I feel so lucky every day.”

The Princess Diaries star has since been vocal about her postbaby body. Hathaway made headlines last month after she revealed via Instagram that she’s not stressing about losing her pregnancy pounds.

“There is no shame in gaining weight during pregnancy (or ever),” the actress wrote alongside a photo of a pair of relaxed boyfriend jeans that she had cut into shorts. “There is no shame if it takes longer than you think it will to lose the weight (if you want to lose it at all). There is no shame in finally breaking down and making your own jean shorts because last summer’s are just too dang short for this summer’s thighs. Bodies change. Bodies grow. Bodies shrink. It’s all love (don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.) Peace xx,” she concluded, adding the hashtags #noshame and #lovewhatyouhavebeengiven.

During a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Hathaway added that since becoming a mom she also has a newfound confidence.

“I normally walk in [my West Hollywood gym] and feel so intimidated,” she said of working out. “But [now] I walk in, I’m like, ‘Yeah I work out with five-pound weights, but I pushed a baby out of my body. I feel good right now.’”
