Ashlee Simpson: Bronx's 1st Birthday Is "Greatest Year of My Life"

Happy birthday, Bronx!

The son of Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz turned one year old on Friday, and his family took to Twitter to share the good news!

"Happy Birthday to my precious angel on earth!!!" aunt Jessica Simpson, 29, Twittered this morning. "Bronx is 1 today!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! I can't believe it has been a year already."

And quite a year it's been.

Since welcoming Bronx Mowgli last November, Ashlee has said that motherhood "is the most fantastic experience I have ever been through," adding that her boy makes her "laugh and smile everyday."

The day before her son reached his first age milestone, the proud mom, 25, couldn't contain her excitement.

"BX's 1st bday tomorrow!" she wrote. "My angel is going to be a year!! The greatest year of my life."

Pete, 30, couldn't go without leaving a message for his son either.

"Happy birthday bx. you dont have twitter and cant read this," he joked. "Thanks to all my friends that recorded lullabies. cant believe its been a year."

I agree with nana. Seems Bronx should have on long sleeves and of course,tee-shirt underneath.Babies temp is different and they always need layers,tee's underneath,even in summer.Sommetimes depending on the air conditioning. Oh,Bronx is a cute bay-bay.Lovely child.

he's a cute baby but I don't get it...dad is in a hoodie with long sleeves, mom is in jeans with a long sleeve top and Bronx is in a short sleeve shirt and no shoes??? If its cold enough for the parents to dress like that, why isn't he covered up?
