Beyonce Opens Up About Pregnancy: I'm Having So Much Fun!

Now that she's got a baby on board, Beyonce is more bootylicious than ever -- and damn proud of it, too!

The first-time mom-to-be, 30, opened up for the very first time about her pregnancy as she and her mom, Tina Knowles, chatted up the launch of their House of Dereon fashion line in London.

Married to Jay-Z for three years, the "Love on Top" singer told CNN UK that dressing her baby bump is a joy -- not a pain.

"I am having so much fun, it has been the most fun time now that it has been announced," explained the Grammy winner, who announced her pregnancy Aug. 28 on the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards in L.A., revealing her baby bump onstage hours later.

"It was really difficult to conceal," admits the curvy star. "But now... I can be proud and excited about it, I'm having so much fun shopping -- it's great!"

House of Dereon doesn't have a maternity line yet, per se, but Beyonce (who has worn leather shorts, a white bikini and plenty of sequins since announcing her news) explained in the interview, "what I'm wearing today is part of the collection; it's not supposed to be [maternity wear], but it actually is really good for the maternity...we do have some things that I am still trying to rock!"

And grandmother Tina Knowles (whose younger daughter Solange Knowles has a 5-year-old son, Julez) is celebrating, too.

"I am so delighted," she told CNN UK. "I'm over the moon."

Let's burn Courtney at the stake!! Everyone sounds so ridiculous. I am sure Beyonce would highly appreciate, maybe even give you really angry people a part of her baby, for everyone(minus 1, who shall remain nameless but it starts with a Courtney) having her back. Um... Megan... Alzheimer's disease is a progressive, degenerative disease of the brain where brain cells continue to die over time. There is no cure to stop the progression and eventually the body will shut down. People usually die of secondary infection, such as pneumonia. And congratulations to Beyonce and Jay-Z's wonderful news!!!!!!!!!!!

Um...Courtney... First, it's Charlton Heston. Also, he didn't die from Alzheimers...it was natural causes. You don't die from Alzheimers. It's a sad part of old age for some...but not something that will kill you. And what does his marriage have to do with it? Or when Jay-Z and Beyonce's wedding date have to do with it? You sound like you're spewing "facts" to make yourself sound more important/knowledgeable. I hope she has a wonderful time thru the rest of her pregnancy, and enjoys every moment of motherhood as much as she is enjoying pre-motherhood :0). Congrats!

Technically Bey & Jay have been married 3 1/2 years they married April 5th 2008 the same day that Charleton Heston died of Alzhiemers Disease after being married for 64 years. I wish the press would leave her alone and let her enjoy her pregnancy in private
