2016 is going to be one busy year for the Clinton fam. Political scion Chelsea Clinton announced on Monday, December 21, that she's pregnant and expecting her second child with her husband, Marc Mezvinsky.
Clinton, 35, tweeted an adorable photo of her 14-month-old daughter, Charlotte, reading a page from a book that says: "Big sisters are the best." The proud mom shared with fans, "Next summer, Charlotte is going to be a big sister! Feeling very blessed & grateful this holiday season."

Hillary Clinton, who's currently seeking the Democratic nomination for the 2016 U.S. presidential election, retweeted the post and added sweet words of her own. "Your dad and I could not be happier for you, Marc, and Charlotte," the Clinton family matriarch wrote. "We’re so excited to meet our second grandchild!"
Chelsea elaborated on Facebook about the experience of first-time motherhood and looking ahead to welcoming her second. "Being Charlotte’s parents has been the most joyous, meaningful and loving experience of our lives," she gushed. "And we are very excited about growing our family in the new year."
The former first daughter welcomed her baby girl in September 2014 with her husband. In the May 2015 issue of Elle, Chelsea called little Charlotte the "most remarkable little bubbly, perfect, chunky monkey creature ever."
"My whole life is reoriented around my daughter in the most blessed sense," she noted to the mag. "I now understand — this is something else that Marc and I talk about all the time — all of the enthusiastic, bombastically spectacular, wonderful things people say about their children, because we also feel and think all those things about Charlotte."
She joked that she and her husband thought that life was mundane before parenthood. "Marc and I are like, 'What did we do before we were parents?'" she said.
