Christina Aguilera Steps Out With Son After Filing for Divorce

Little Max flashed a grin as his mom waved to photographers.
The singer, 29, filed divorce papers on Thursday, citing "irreconcilable differences" with music producer Bratman, 33. According to the documents, Aguilera seeks joint physical and legal custody of Max -- and seeks to terminate Bratman's ability to get child support.

Although she made no mention of divorce, Aguilera confirmed their separation to UsMagazine.com on Tuesday. "Although Jordan and I are separated, our commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever," she said.
"Christina is doing her best to be a great mom," an insider close to the couple added to Us. "She has a lot to juggle, but she's learning how to make it work and balance it all."
