Al Lambert is a mom! Step by Step alum Christine Lakin has welcomed a baby girl, her first child, with husband Brandon Breault. The actress announced the news via Instagram on Wednesday, March 9.
"Introducing… Georgia James Breault // Born March 6, 5lbs 13oz," Lakin, 37, captioned a snapshot of her adorable newborn. "We are overjoyed and so in love."
Lakin joked about her growing belly just days before giving birth. "Best thing about being so big in your last weeks of pregnancy? 1) snack shelf on your belly. 2) living in deliciously comfy #splendidla clothes," she wrote via Instagram.
The former child star announced in November that she and Breault were expecting their first child.
Lakin and Breault first met when they both performed at the Troubadour Theater Company in 2010. They began dating in 2012 and tied the knot at the Roblar Winery in Santa Ynez, California, in October 2014. Their growing family also includes an Australian cattle dog named Cody.
Lakin is best known for playing Al Lambert in the beloved family show Step by Step from 1991 to 1998. The series was a part of ABC's TGIF primetime TV block.
