Courteney Cox Reveals David Arquette Is Having a Baby Boy, Daughter Coco Is "Really Excited"

One big happy family? Courteney Cox's daughter Coco is about to become a big sister. The Cougar Town actress' ex-husband, David Arquette, is expecting a baby with girlfriend Christina McLarty, and Cox says the whole family is excited.

"They're going to have a baby boy," Cox, 49, revealed during a Tuesday, Jan. 7 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I hope I'm allowed to say that." 

"Well, now you've said it," host Ellen DeGeneres joked. "Is [Coco] excited about being a big sister?"

"Yeah, she's really excited. At first she was nervous because, you know, it's a big deal. At first, I was nervous, I was like woo, heavy," Cox confessed.

The Friends alum and Scream actor were married in 1999 and finalized their divorce in May 2013. Arquette, 42, has been dating Entertainment Tonight correspondent McLarty on-and-off for over two years. A source confirmed to Us Weekly in November that the two were expecting their first child together.

Cox told DeGeneres that she has a good relationship with Arquette and his new girlfriend. "Now it's great and we actually all had dinner the other night," she shared. "The whole family. It's a very unique relationship. All of us like literally, me and Christina and David and Coco. It's great though."

Cox didn't mention, however, if her rumored new boyfriend was also invited to the dinner. On Dec. 8, Cox was photographed attending pal Jennifer Aniston's holiday party with Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid.
