Double congrats are in order! Country star David Nail and his wife, Catherine, welcomed their twins to the world on Saturday, December 12 — and the new parents couldn’t be happier.
“No words can describe the feeling,” the 36-year-old singer said in a statement to Us. “Beyond worth the wait. We are crazy in love with them both.”
The pair already have names for their bundles of joy as well: Lawson Brent Nail and Lillian Catherine Nail, born one minute apart early Saturday morning.
Nail recently performed on ABC’s Country Christmas special, and is best known for hits such as “Whatever She’s Got,” “Let It Rain” and “Red Light.”
He and Catherine, 31, who tied the knot in 2009, announced their happy baby news at the CMA Awards in November.
“We are beyond excited to finally be sharing this news with you all,” he wrote on Instagram at the time. “We are extremely blessed and I am so thankful for my ‘Fighter.’”
The twins are the pair’s first children together.
