Barrymore, 38, first flaunted her growing belly in a canary yellow knee-length Ludwig Boutique vintage dress at the event. She accessorized with nude Dana Davis heels. The actress was accompanied by her former Wedding Singer costar and longtime friend Adam Sandler, as they were honored with the Male and Female Star of the Year award.

After a quick change, Barrymore then returned in a gorgeous floor-length Marc Jacobs dress with a floral print and beaded accents. She simply glowed while hugging and laughing with Sandler, 47, for the cameras.

"Oh God. I mean, I just eat everything I want, which isn't healthy. I'm bigger this time than my first time," she said during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Jan. 13. "My doctor the other day was like, 'Yeah, so I think maybe pull back a little bit.' I was like, 'Really?'"
