On Saturday, first-time dad Owen Wilson touched down in Maui. The actor, 42, emerged from from a private jet with a traditional lei around his neck and a baby carrier in his right hand. See more photos of baby Ford.

Taking a doze in that carrier was Wilson's brand-new son Robert Ford, who was born in Hawaii Jan. 14. Wilson's baby with girlfriend Jade Duell sported a cute pair of sunglasses to shield his eyes from the blazing tropical sun.
Wilson, a pal recently told Us Weekly, was "very exited and involved with the pregnancy."
"He's super into [fatherhood] and asks a lot of questions to make sure he knows what's going on every step of the way," the insider added.

And parenthood definitely agreed with the Hall Pass star. In February, he gushed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno: "I'm glowing." His son, who goes by "Ford," is a "very cute little boy and he's doing well," Wilson said. "It's very exciting!"

1Just knew that there would be a photo-op of Owen with the baby after he's been seen partying in Vancouver with lots of women and with Woody Harrleson in Toronto over the last month. This is probably the first time he's even SEEN the baby in 3 months!
