The couple, who met in the offices of CNN when Roberts was the anchor for American Morning, "are overwhelmed with joy," a family friend tells UsMagazine.com.

Son Kellan Clay and daughter Sage Ann are already keeping Roberts on his toes. "Dad is bursting with happiness," says the insider of the proud papa, 54. "He is so proud that the little burritos welcomed the world with open arms!"
