Video: Giuliana Rancic: I'm "Nervous as Hell" to Go Through IVF Again
After two highly emotional, failed attempts, giving in vitro fertilization another try is easier said than done for Giuliana Rancic.
Enlisting the help of Dr. William Schoolcraft at the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine, Giuliana and her husband, Bill, struggle to calm their nerves before beginning the egg retrieval process on Monday's episode of their reality series.

"[I'm] nervous as hell," Giuliana says as the duo try to psych themselves up in the parking lot of the Center. "Is it too late to turn around?"
Worried she'll experience the same extreme sickness as she did during her last IVF round, Giuliana -- who once received 63 IVF shots a month -- looks to her husband for support.

"The last time we did this, at this stage, you were a lot more uncomfortable You couldn't even walk and were in a lot of pain. Now you could run laps. We did it the right way," confirms Bill, who toted a handheld video camera along to document the experience for their Style series, Giuliana & Bill.
Just prior to their appointment, the couple records a quick video message for their unborn child.

"Future baby boy or girl: Today is the day we go in to conceive you," Giuliana says. "You are a follicle right now, and hopefully all will go well and you will become a beautiful embryo and then a baby."
The finale of Giuliana & Bill airs Monday at 8 p.m. (EST) on the Style network.

16I just watched the Today Show where you announced you are finally expecting -- Congratulations -- I am so glad you found Dr. Schoolcraft -- he really is the best out there -- I am living proof -- I had had 4 miscarriages, 5 ectopic pregancies and no tubes left -- First IVF attempt from Dr. Schoolcraft, I was blessed with twin daughters who are going on 15! Miracles do happen and so happy for the both of you -- Smiles

I wish any couple luck in there road to parenthood. The do seem in love and this journey seems to make them stronger as a couple.

My son and his wife went thru IV three times.first time didn't work; second time she lost a tube., third time we have a wonderful grandson who is 8 years old now.For some reason God knew their desperation. I feel Bill and Juliana will be blessed this time. I pray so .as you will make wonderful parents.

Finale? My husband and I love three programs:1) Giuliana and Bill, 2) NCIS, and 3)Survivor. We can't wait until we see the restaurant completed, purchase another Chicago home, etc.

Marta did I say overweight? No I didn't. Giulana is rail thin. For her height she should be between 110-120. She's at least 20 pounds underweight. A nice 120 would probably make her a size 6 which is still very thin but healthy. She's at least a 0 which isn't healthy for her height of 5'7 ish. She doesn't look healthy. How bracelets don't slide off her wrists I'll never know.
Christine, being overweight poses as many - if not more - threats to fertility as being thin.
okay, you all realize this was shot months ago and since she's not pregnant now, i think we already know the results, right?
She's yet to gain any substantial weight to where she's over 100lbs. I wish them luck but it's not impossible to gain weight if you REALLY want to. Skinny mini actresses gain for movie roles. How's about gaining weight for the role of mom Giuliana so you have a chance. Rachel Zoe stayed skinny forever and notice how she was married for 15 years before she got her miracle baby?
