No baby on board yet, but Giuliana and Bill Rancic certainly have a few on the brain!

After the E! host, 35, and the 2004 Apprentice winner, 38, had a pregnancy scare on their Style Network reality show, Giuliana & Bill (Sundays, 9 p.m.), last season, they realized they wanted to be parents.

"When we first thought I was pregnant, we thought, 'Oh, I don't know,'" Giuliana tells Us Weekly. When it turned out she wasn't, they went to dinner and "'Phew' turned into 'Let's have a baby!'"

See what stars look like pregnant

But the couple -- who are hoping for twins -- have had a few problems.

"I thought we'd get pregnant right away," says Giuliana.

Now, after eight months of trying, the couple have turned to fertility specialists.

Can you guess the celeb baby bump?

"Their diagnosis: 'You guys are mid- to late-thirties. Sorry,'" she says. "There've been tears."

But the "process has brought us even closer together," Giuliana says of her hubby of two years.

Is in vitro fertilization next? "Whatever it takes!" Giuliana proclaims. "I envision our life with kids." Adds Bill: "It's now or never!"

Guiliana, when I was in my 30's, I too struggled to become pregnant. 7 miscarriages and many emotions as to why I should keep going on with all the injections..then IV, IUI etc..because I wanted to have a baby. It consumed my every thought. I had to back away for awhile, then take a breather. I went back to the fertility doctor. I got lucky. I had a healthy baby boy. He is now 15 years old. He is my life! So, don't lose hope and faith. Don't let it consume you either. Take a breath, love your husband and your wonderful families, and life will be what it's supposed to be. Good Luck to you and Bill. I love your show

I know what G & B are going though, my husband and i strrugled for 7yrs, we did all kinds off different fertitly, i have had surgery for endomitious, so that played a role also, after all this time we finally swiched firetialy doctors and WOW he is AWSOME!!!! He found that my husband had low sperm count, which no other doctor checked, we did IVF 2 weeks later and ended up with TWIN daughters, on our FIRST try!!!

Is Bill putting it in the correct hole? You can't get pregnant by putting it in the tush!

I cannot believe some of the cruel comments from people! I hope G & B find their happiness and that pregnancy is an easy road, and if not, the struggle brings them closer... I have 1 child, luckily no prob. to conceive, but a really bad marriage, and now going through a really bad divorce. We all have our issues. And, yes, Giulianna is pretty thin... but isn't that a job requirement - - you people giving her a hard time about being too thin would probably be first in line to criticize her if she were heavier... Let these people be human, and stop being judgemental. They are real people, not just TV personalities.

As someone who is going through the same thing right now, it is comforting to see how other people handle it. I like that Guiliana is positive and very open about everything and that makes me feel better. Its comforting to see that my husband and I aren't the only ones out there dealing with this. I'm hoping for the best for Guiliana and Bill. They will make great parents!

These two (esp. her!) are so self-absorbed. It's sickening.

Giuliana is so annoying! She's conceited and thinks she's a bigger celebrity than she is. She's always talking about her personal life as if anyone cares. I don't know how Bill puts up with her.

YOU REALLY THINK GIULIANA IS READY TO GAIN 20-35+ POUNDS!?!?! I DOUBT IT VERY MUCH. BILL WILL MAKE A GREAT DAD...GIULIANA NEEDS ALOT OF HELP IN LIFE IN GENERAL-BEING A MOM IS VERY LAST ON THE LIST. SHE'S TOO VAIN, AIRHEADISH AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING AT ALL!!

  • February 25, 2010 - 11:25am Chris

If it doesn't happen it is ok, me and my wife went thru it and now it just allows us to enjoy other things in life. We eat out more often, travel, and hangout with friends. Plus many of our friends had kids young and are now their kids are going off to college. Many people do the kid thing to soon and some even do it as excuse to improve a marriage. The negative is your show showing how great you can use all these services, but you ought to show the cost. Since most healthcare will not cover and it is out of pocket. Plus their is alway adoption.

  • February 23, 2010 - 12:59pm Been there

Giuliana and Bill, you will be great parents. Learn as much as you can about the medical issues, don't be too disappointed each month. If something doesn't work, that is OK, you are narrowing in on the solution. Stay positive and keep the goal in mind. Did this 30 years ago before in vitro. Adopted two great kids, who are my joy in life. You are in my prayers.

We struggled with infertility too, for NINE years before we had our daughter Faith 1 1/2 years ago. What we learned was to not listen to anyone, just wish we would've figured that out sooner and it might not have been 9 years. After all the opinions, medical and personal, "you're too thin," "don't worry you're both still young," "it takes time," etc. we finally got mad and did what felt right to us. Once we decided IVF we went full steam a head and were successful first try :) Best wishes to the two of you, it does bring the good couples closer.
