Gwyneth Paltrow has a jammed-pack schedule -- and she wants you to know about it.
In her GOOP newsletter Thursday, the actress, 38, detailed all of her activities from November 4, one of the "more manic days" at her London home.
First up? Shuffling her kids with rocker hubby Chris Martin -- Apple, 6, and Moses, 4 -- out the door.

"Got Apple all fed and dressed in her uniform and ready to go but no sign nor sight of Moses at 8 am and we have to be out of the house by 8:20," she wrote. "I went up to arouse the little man from slumber and he quite happily got up and crawled into my arms. We got downstairs and I made him a quick breakfast of eggs and toast followed by a spoonful of lemon flavored flax oil that I try to remember to give them both every morning."
Next, after sticking around to make sure Moses was okay -- he "was a bit teary today," she explained, the Country Strong star raced to her early morning workout: 45 minutes of dance aerobics, followed by strength training.

En route to rehearsal for her performance at the November 10 Country Music Awards, the star did vocal exercises in the car. "Sooo not a good look," she said. "Fellow drivers looked on a bit bewildered."

The rest of her afternoon: phone interviews, checking email, a business call for the Tracy Anderson Method and a fitting with her stylist.
"We tried on a myriad of dresses and outfits, and I had b.o. by the end of it from wrestling with all of those dresses," she said.

Once her tots come home, they made cupcakes for a bake sale, ate dinner (brown rice stir fry and baked sweet potato) and took baths. "It's hair washing night for the kids (every other night -- never popular)," she explained.
After the kids' bedtime, which included a foot massage and story for Moses, it was time for the star to hit the town with her pals.

"I rushed downstairs to grab a blazer and some blush and flung myself in the car for girls night," she said. "Lovely dinner and great conversation. 11:29 pm now, exhausted and ready to do it all again tomorrow!"

10Oh, sure, I have a fitting with my stylist, give phone interviews, and then I find time to post something on my blog about my busy day after a girls' night out. Wow, Gwynnie Girl, how do ya do it all?
Most celebrities are Heather. At least 99 % of them.
She's so full of herself.
Why is this news? I'm so tired of Gwyneth Paltrow's "tips" designed to help all of us "regular people" live a little of her fabulous life.
Thanks, Gwen. Cute kids by the way.
let me hold some of your money, assistants, house keepers ect...then I might like you. Who is she kidding! This story was really unnecessary....Next...
I could care less about her stupid schedule.
Yes, we know....hire everything out or have everything come to your house for convenience! This is not a person who should be giving advice to normal people who don't have the same luxuries. Totally useless info!
I know, Emily!! Who gets a girl's night? ha ha!!
Yes, life is so hard when you're a millionaire with a house full of chefs and nannies. Cry me a river!
