Ladies in red!

In NYC on Tuesday, Heidi Klum's daughters showed that they are already channeling her supermodel ways. During their outing, Leni, 8, and Lou, 2, both wore bright red lipstick that matched the hue on their mom's lips.

During their outing, Lou, who wore khaki shorts and a white blouse, curled up in her her mom's arms while sister Leni sported a pink tie-dye dress. Klum, 39, rocked a grey maxi dress and a silver necklace. Klum's two sons, Henry, 6, and Johan, 5, were also along for the trip.

The family's stylish appearance in the Big Apple wasn't a coincidence at all. Last week, the newly single Project Runway host, who filed for divorce from husband of seven years Seal in April, opened up about her fashion-forward brood. (Singer Seal, 49, is biological dad  to Henry, Johan and Lou, and adopted Leni, Klum's daughter with Flavio Briatore, in 2009.)

"We have a rule in the house. Rule number one is always to look cool, and rule number two is don't forget about rule number one," Klum explained recently. "We have other rules, but the number one rule is always look cool."
