Heidi Klum to Launch Two Maternity Lines Next Month

Heidi Klum loved her baby bumps so much that she's decided to design clothes just for them!

The Project Runway host, 36, is launching two maternity collections exclusively for A Pea in the Pod and Motherhood Maternity. The lines, called Lavish and Loved respectively, will both debut on Feb. 12.

"I chose to call my collection for A Pea in the Pod Lavish because there is no grander name to express everything you want to give yourself and the child growing within you," Klum said in a statement. "For Motherhood Maternity, Loved is a celebration of new life and the love around you and your baby."

Why did the supermodel -- who's mom to Leni, 5, Henry, 4, Johan, 2, and daughter Lou, almost 3 months -- decide to take on maternity clothes as opposed to the sexy styles she can now wear after getting back into pre-baby shape since giving birth to Lou in October?

"I experienced fashion challenges during my four pregnancies and combined my knowledge of what works in terms of style, comfort and practicality to create these lines," she said. "They are all about making you feel beautiful. Being pregnant shouldn't stop you from being fashionable and feeling great about your changing body. It's an exciting journey."

Klum, however, won’t be able to don her own duds.

When she was still pregnant with Lou, she decided that she and hubby Seal, 46, would no longer have more children.

"We're outnumbered!" she has said. "Four is perfect. Three is a lot. But four? It's a lot of work. We're hands-on, and we feel like this is what we can handle."

Lavish will include 15 pieces that feature "iconic style and detailed construction," and Loved will feature 14 pieces that "present comfort, playfulness and supermodel style" at a lower price point.

don't hate on expensive clothes! I work hard to enjoy them from time to time (and happen to be middle class i'd say)....just not ready to wear the maternity ones any time soon!

MARGE - I dont believe anyone name-called you. Let's try to maintain some maturity and decency. And Yes, Pea in a Pod is very "Lavish", as she appropriately named her line, and Motherhood is definitely a lot more affordable, hence she didnt name it "Opulent, Lush, Extravagant". She knows that the price point in the Motherhood shops is lower, therefore she names it "Loved" to make it sound more appealing/attractive.
