Glowing mom-to-be! After announcing last December that she's expecting her first child with husband Chris Tyrrell, Hillary Scott debuted her baby bump at the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday April, 7.
The 27-year-old Lady Antebellum singer, who is nominated for Vocal Group of the Year with band members Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley, wore A Pea in the Pod midnight jersey dress that showed off her pregnant belly. The red carpet ensemble featured a beaded neckline and a low-cut neckline that played up her pregnancy curves. Scott also carried a Kelly Wearstler clutch and wore a pair of Large Diamond Moonstone earrings from Elahn Jewels and a pave oxidized bangle from CB Luxe.
Scott tweeted Sunday, "So thankful to be getting ready backstage at the ACM Awards with the beautiful ladies in Little Big Town who are teaching me about being a mama!"
A rep for Scott confirmed to Us Weekly in March that she and Tyrell, who wed in January 2012, are expecting a baby girl. The singer tweeted in January that she was putting her husband to work to help with her pregnancy cravings.
"Who has two thumbs and just asked her husband, and very nicely I might add, to run into the grocery store for pop tarts?" she tweeted. "ME! Pregnancy."
