Another bun in the oven! Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and his wife, Jools, are expecting their fifth child together. The proud father of four walked the red carpet at the London premiere of Eddie the Eagle on Thursday, March 17, with Jools showing off a growing baby bump in a stylish black jumpsuit and colorful, metallic jacket.
“I thought we’d have a couple of kids but that’s about it,” he told U.K.’s The Mirror. “Basically, I do what I’m told, but she’s an amazing family maker and I just go with it. I love kids. My family keeps me honest. I have a weird job, a weird life, but my family keeps me quite real.”
The couple are already parents of Poppy Honey Rosie, 13, Daisy Boo Pamela, 12, Petal Blossom Rainbow, 6, and Buddy Bear Maurice, 5.
Jools, who designs children’s clothing line Little Bird, told Red magazine as early as 2012 that she had a desire to expand her brood.
“I want a fifth,” she told the publication at the time. “But I know it would be wrong. I never get any time to spend with Jamie as it is. He has said give it a couple of years, then maybe we can think about it.”
Meanwhile, Jamie, 40, has expressed his concern with dealing with three teenage girls at a time.
“I’m seeking advice from everyone and it sounds like it’s a bloody horror show,” he told the Daily Mail in 2015. “I remember what I was like at that age, so I know I’m just going to be looking at a boyfriend and swearing to myself.”
