“We are going with Eli Joseph Marroquin,” the new mom told Radar on Friday, November 16. “Joseph after my dad, who goes by Joe, and my grandfather’s middle name.”

Though the baby’s middle name has personal meaning to it, the couple chose a first name that they decided on together just last week.

“We’ve been set on the middle name for months, but the first name has rotated like every month or so,” Comeau told the outlet. “I really wanted to name him something that could be shortened to a nickname, but we love Eli by itself.”

The proud papa also gushed over their new bundle of joy. “It’s been amazing,” he told Radar, revealing he “even shed some tears.” Marroquin added: “For those that don’t know, I’m not an emotional person at all anymore and just seeing my son come out really had me in my feelings.”

Comeau — who wasn’t due until December 1 — opened up about the anxiousness she felt when the baby came weeks early.

“It’s been incredible,” she said. “Being induced definitely threw us for a spin. I was nervous about having to start from zero at the hospital, but we had a really great experience.”

Marroquin and Comeau welcomed their little boy on Thursday, November 15, just one day after the reality star gushed over the excitement — yet uncertainty — that comes with a new baby. (Marroquin shares 5-year-old son, Lincoln, with ex Kailyn Lowry.)

“I’m looking forward to the baby stage again, but I’m a little nervous,” he told Us Weekly on Wednesday, November 14. “I guess I’m both. I’m nervous and excited for the baby stage. Lincoln is just so independent now and he’s about to be 5 on Friday, so to go back to the baby stage and diapers … she’s showing me a newborn diaper and it’s so tiny! It’s just going back to that and it’s going to take some adjustment, but I did it before, so I know I’ll be fine again.”
