Jessica Simpson's heavily talked-about baby body got even more attention when the 31-year-old singer posed nude for the April 2012 issue of ELLE.
But the native Texan, who's expecting a baby girl with fiance Eric Johnson, was hardly the first star to show off her pregnancy curves in such a bold manner. Demi Moore generated major buzz when the August 1991 issue of Vanity Fair hit newsstands, featuring the Ghost actress in her nude, pregnant glory. (The actress, now 49, welcomed daughter Scout one month earlier on July 20).
Britney Spears took off her clothes — and dyed her hair jet black! — for the August 2006 issue of Harper's Bazaar, while Christina Aguilera wore nothing but a cropped leather jacket for the January 2008 issue of Marie Claire.
