Asian Lobster Tacos
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, crushed, plus 2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 package store-bought wonton wraps
2 tbsp butter
2 green onions, chopped
3 lobster tails, meat removed from wheel and chopped
Sriracha sauce
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed garlic, sesame oil, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and ginger. Stir in cabbages. Set aside.
2. In a small pan over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Fold 10 to 12 wonton wraps in half into the shape of hard taco shells. One at a time, fry wraps until crunchy, about 30 seconds per side. Set aside.
3. In a medium pan over medium heat, sauté butter and chopped garlic. Add green onions, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and lobster. Sauté until meat is cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Place lobster in shells. Top with cabbage slaw and drizzle with Sriracha to taste. Serves 10 to 12.
