Just go with this: Jennifer Aniston and her beau of four months Justin Theroux are on the fast track to walk down the aisle...and procreate!

PHOTOS: Why Justin is just like Angelina

As Aniston, 42, and Theroux (who turns 40 on Wednesday) kick back on an extended getaway in a $7,000-a-day cliffside compound in Kauai, Hawaii, the hot twosome have more on their minds then coconuts, cocktails and outdoor yoga.

"They have talked at length about getting married and starting a family," an insider close to the pair tells the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday. "She is anxious for the next phase of her life and feels like this is the time."

And her hunky new guy (who split with girlfriend of 14 years Heidi Bivens in March) is completely on board with having a baby, a second insider says: "They both want it to happen soon."

PHOTOS: Who else has she dated?

To that end, health nut Aniston is making sure her body is in tip-top shape to conceive while on the island -- hiring a private chef and doing at least 45 minutes of yoga daily. "She's detoxifying," an island source says.

The Horrible Bosses star's pals aren't surprised in the slightest by Aniston's race to become a mom with Theroux. "Jen hasn't felt this way about anyone since Brad," a pal says of Aniston's ex-hubby Brad Pitt. (Aniston has had a famously rocky romantic life -- with fizzled romances with Vince Vaughn, John Mayer and a slew of others -- since her 2005 split with Pitt, 47.)

Adds another friend: "They are moving quickly, but they know the feelings they have about [each other] are different from past romances."

For much more on Aniston and Theroux's quest to have a baby -- how she's found her "soulmate," how Theroux makes "all of her insecurities melt away," and their house-hunting plan in L.A. -- pick up the new Us Weekly, out now!

To Mandy - my parents had me and my siblings when they were in their 40s. I don't think it was selfish at all. In fact, I'm glad they were older because they were extremely financially stable and were able to pay for college for all 3 of us, something which I couldn't afford on my own. Yes, they were in their early 60s at my high school graduation, but who cares? I never got teased for having older parents and my parents were in excellent shape, so being active and playing with us kids never became an issue. They are both still in excellent health and I am confident they'll be around for many years to come. Aniston and her boyfriend are clearly both in fantastic shape, I am sure they will be fine.

Valerie: And it takes ten years to graduate from college? Only for a Doctor.

So Mandy, in your world, everyone dies when they're 50? How is the average life expectancy 84 then? Spoken like a true moron 21 YO.

I think the dangers are overstated. This woman is extremely heathly and always has been, she's never abused drugs and has never been a drunk. That other person that she is always compared for no real reason can't say the same. Health is more important than youth, if your youth was one long LSD trip.

@Emily Phelan McGillicuddy "Find something worthy to invest all your energy into rather than being negative." Hypocrite much? and YOU should invest all your energy into rather than defending a celebrity.

She only wants a baby now because Angie has some. Brad did leave her because she wanted to wait for kids...I do know. Plus look at Angie...beats the Batman Jokers face women any day.

At 42 it is dangerous to have your FIRST child. So Mandy's comment is right on. I agree.

  • August 15, 2011 - 10:13pm Valerie Domenichelli

Unless its just the tabloids, I think Jennifer Aniston should try to be herself and stop mimicing her ex & his woman. You will never be as dynamic as they are and that's okay. Your marriage was over a long time ago. The constant comparison to Brad & Angelina's lifestyle is ridiculous. Sorry but I'm a Brad & Angelina Fan Always. You just got lucky in the past.

I wish the best for Jennifer and Justin. I hope Jennifer has the baby she always wanted.

  • August 15, 2011 - 7:46am Garry Walker

I hope Jennifer did something special for Justin's birthday!

and Lyrae- Do you understand that it's dangerous for women to have babies when they are getting ready to go through menapause? Their eggs are old and the risk of down syndrome goes so high with each passing year! Also, they are going to be 60 when that kid graduates high school. And 70 when it's out of college! They may not be around to see their grand children! But I guess it's ok to do it, because everyone else is! People used to be dead at age 35 not so long ago, nature didn't intend for women to have babies well into their middle/old age!

  • August 14, 2011 - 12:47pm Mandy Stauffer

I hope they can look past their selfishness and realize if they have that baby now, they won't be around for it when it gets older, they'll be in poor health or dead. Also, she has a really high chance of having a baby with down syndrome. The risk is so high in fact, they should prepare for it. Even if they adopt, the kid will end up alone with no family. She's in her mid fourties almost! You don't wait forever for kids and decide later in life you want them- if she couldn't have one, she should have adopted years ago instead of waiting for a man to come around.

Not necessary for happiness, but they are mature enough to decide. Hope they marry first.

  • August 12, 2011 - 10:05am Dyanne Triend

If that's what they decide they certainly are not teenies. I wish them luck. Jens a sweetheart, and very giving.

  • August 12, 2011 - 2:06am Jacqui Fanning

I don't think she will do it. She's to vain, vapid, shallow to allow anything to ruin the only thing she has going for her, her body. It won't last that much longer anyways, once he realizes that she is incapable of loving no one else but herself.

  • August 11, 2011 - 8:42am Lyrae Drew

Only the very young and very immature would think that 42 is drastically old for a child, come on..Madonna just adopted at age 50, and Sandra Bullock is 46-47, many more, and they are better Moms then say the teens on 16 and pregnant or ones from those teen pregnancy shows.
