Kate Gosselin: My Kids Are "Begging" Me to Remarry

Kate Gosselin is single and ready to mingle!
Monday morning on NBC's Today Show, the divorced mother of eight said she's "definitely ready to start dating."

"I think there's a lot of obstacles for me," the 36-year-old admitted. "But in all honesty, I've talked to my best friend and said wouldn't it be great if she could go around the country and collect suitable people because the odds of me sort of bumping into someone are rare."

Why does the Kate Plus Eight star, who divorced Jon Gosselin in 2009, think it's "rare" that she'll happen upon her perfect man in her day-to-day life? "I have eight kids," she said. "I have a crazy work schedule. I'm known... I am ready to start dating, but it's sort of daunting."

Gosselin said her children -- 10-year-old twins Cara and Mady, and 7-year-old septuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel -- are hopeful for a step-father. They're "just begging on a daily basis for me to get married again," she said. "They bring it up all the time, and I'm like, 'I don't... I'm not dating anyone.'"

I always stuck up for her, but she has changed. I am liking her less. he is quite full of herself. Jon is a huge skank, so she can hardly do worse.

@pamela, you don't have to read about it either, but you did, so chances are you'll watch and complain then too. but you're right, she can do whatever she wants. mistakes were made, she's still allowed to be happy. she's not the first person to divorce and move on.
And we, the residents of Reading, PA are begging you to pack your bags and move far, far, far away~!
