Baby Boy Hudson-Bellamy has a couple ounces on Harper Seven Beckham!
Kate Hudson has yet to reveal the name of the son she and fiance Matt Bellamy welcomed in L.A on Saturday night -- but the actress did share her happy news with pals in a short email.

Hudson, 32, revealed that her newborn weighs 7 lbs. 12 oz. (Victoria and David Beckham's daughter Harper Seven, born Sunday morning in L.A., weighed 2 ounces less.)

And the Oscar-nominated star doesn't want her pals to gift her with fancy strollers or couture jumpers. In lieu of gifts, she asked for "celebration trees" to be planted via Barcham Trees, a British service used by Queen Elizabeth herself. She similarly asked for tree-plantings instead of pricey presents at her June 5 baby shower in Malibu, attended by folks like Courteney Cox, Rachel Zoe and Nicole Richie.
As previously reported at Us Weekly, Hudson and Bellamy, 33, plan to spend their first days with their new son at the Muse rocker's London home while he records a new album.

The little boy's big brother is Ryder, Hudson's 7-year-old with ex-husband Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes.

11Always thought Kate, Jennifer A. and Cameron D. were nothing more than promiscuous tramps, and I can't believe people continue to worship them. They hop from one bed to the next without a second thought. Wish the media would quit passing them off as the girl next door type. Obviously, they don't fit that category, and never have. Without surgery and tons of beauty aids, they are VERY average looking at best.
I like her films but in person on interviews she seems ditzy and can't hold a conversation.
Kate does an ok job in films, nothing especially great though, and I have to agree she's not much on the ethical side of things. She cheated on her husband and you'd probably need a calculator to count the men she's been with. I don't dislike her especially, just think she fits in well with the Hollywood idea of how to live.
One more thing. Kate Hudson has always been a poor man's Goldie.
I hear she hasn't named her son yet. She is probably thinking of a kids name that will make "Harper Seven" seem normal. You wait, this attention getter who never cut her son's hair until he was sitting on his hair will name that son of her's something ridiculous. That being said, I don't care if she's married or not, or dated the football team.
Arlene, don't read the article if you don't care. Ellie, Kate hasn't dated any more than other women her age, and I think she is very talented. I love romantic comedies and Kate is great in them. I wouldn't have unprotected sex so soon after dating only a few months, but I'm not mad at Kate for doing so.
Wow! Sounds like someone has some envy issues! Why is she a talentless wh0re? She has successful movies out. Just because she has a child already that does not make her a wh0re. She's dated like any other single person, her relationships just happened to be followed by the media. I don't think she dated anymore than a normal person would.
