All the positive thinking paid off for Khloe Kardashian in the delivery room.
“You are so strong, you made that look easy!” sister Kim tweeted on Friday, April 13, while congratulating her younger sister on her her first child. The Good American cofounder had welcomed a baby girl with Tristan Thompson in Cleveland, Ohio, one day earlier.
The mom of North, 4, Saint, 2, and 12-week-old Chicago is thrilled her kids will have a new playmate — especially North and Chicago. “I can’t wait for our baby girls to grow up as best friends the way we are!” wrote Kim. Then the 37-year-old revealed she had a special role during Khloe’s labor: “I’m so happy I was able to return the favor of hold your leg while you pushed,” she added.

Proud aunt Kim followed up with another tweet about Khloe’s little nugget: “You guys she’s so gorgeous!!!!!!”
Despite the happy news, Khloe has had a rocky few days. The Daily Mail published photos and a video on Tuesday, April 10, that appeared to show Cleveland Cavaliers player Thompson, 27, kissing Instagram model Lani Blair at a New York City club. The footage was captured on April 7, just five days before the first-time mom gave birth. Later on April 10, TMZ posted surveillance video of the athlete making out with two other women at Washington, D.C-area hookah lounge in October.
Kim, Kourtney Kardashian and their mom Kris Jenner were by Khloe’s side in the delivery room — as was Thompson. But that doesn’t mean The 33-year-old Revenge Body host forgives him. An insider told Us Weekly on Thursday that Khloe’s assistant is in Cleveland preparing to move her out of Thompson’s home and back to L.A.
A different source told Us on April 11 that Khloe had previously “fully moved” into Thompson’s four-bedroom pad and was planning to raise her daughter there, but plans changed after the scandal broke. Said a source: “Now she just wants to get the hell out of Cleveland!”
