Kim Kardashian Wants to Get Pregnant "by the End of the Year"

Chatting with Us Weekly at Tuesday night's British Glamour Women of the Year awards in London, the engaged reality star, 30, said she wants to become a mom soon.
"I hope so, I really hope so. Maybe by the end of the year," Kardashian, set to marry NBA hunk Kris Humphries, told Us.

But, she clarified: "Well, I won't have [a baby] by the end of the year, but maybe we'll start trying by the end of the year. After the wedding."
Planning for the big bash is "very exciting," she gushed. "I'm so excited, waiting for my new life to start."

Her sister Khloe recently quipped that the nuptials would be as big as a certain wedding that went down in London April 29. "Oh, I never said that [I wanted my wedding to rival the royal wedding]," she said. "I just want something that's special and intimate for my family and friends."
Once she's a wife, she'll change her name...but not when it comes to her reality shows and fleet of producer. "I think at home and privately, for sure [I'll be 'Mrs. Humphries'.]"
The star paused for a minute. "Maybe I will make it Kim Kardashian-Humphries, but I think I will always have Kardashian for work. But at home, Humphries."

She added that it's a "dream come true" that she's finally walking down the aisle with her guy, 26, whom she began dating back in December.
"I'm lucky to have found someone that I'm madly in love with!"
