Ouch! Kim Zolciak’s son Kane, 20 months, split his eyebrow open on Saturday night. The Bravo reality star posted a photo of his gruesome cut on Instagram and revealed her adorable little guy only wanted his twin sister Kaia while getting stitched up at the hospital.
“Our Saturday night,” the 37-year-old mom wrote. “#ICantDeal #ImTheOneThatNeedsTheMedsAtThisPoint #Stitches.”
“Alllll Kane kept saying was, ‘Kaia, Kaia,’” Zolciak wrote alongside a screenshot of Kane getting stitches while FaceTiming with his twin sister. “So they were on FaceTime while the doctor was prepping Kane.”
In the photo, a teary-eyed Kane bravely gets attended to by a doctor while Kaia worriedly watches.
“Kane is sound asleep after a few stitches! Thank you for all your prayers I'm wore out,” the Don’t Be Tardy star concluded.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is also mom to KJ, 4, Kash, 3, and daughters Ariana, 12, and Brielle, 18. Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann, welcomed Kane and Kaia in November 2013.
