In the Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane premiere (which airs Sunday night on the Style Network), the star, 34, balances being a mom to 10-month old son Kenzo with her other kids, daughters Ming Lee, 9, and Aoki Lee, 7 -- whom she had with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons before they divorced in 2008.

Ellen: They are the big sisters, so they are family. My parents made me help change my brothers diapers, and I hated it. Those girls are just spoiled brats, and Kimora is letting those girls get away with it.

Why the hell should her daughter HAVE to change the diaper? She's the mother. Why can't SHE do it? I'm the youngest, and my older sisters changed my diapers, but my third one was jealous as hell of me, and refused. Believe me, I'm glad my mother didn't push it. I'd still have scars from being stuck with a pin if my third sister had to do it. She'd have made sure of that.

She has had a lot of lipo which is why she has a fat neck. She can't stop eating so the fat comes back and has to go somewhere
