Mommy's little boy. Madonna took to social media Saturday, September 17, to gush about her son Rocco, just days after flying to London to help the 16-year-old settle into school while ex-husband Guy Ritchie was in Los Angeles.

"Still my Sweet Boy," the 58-year-old pop icon captioned a black-and-white throwback photo of herself with Rocco on Instagram.

Earlier in the week, Madonna headed overseas to visit her son's school after he was left "home alone" by Ritchie, 48, and stepmom Jacqui Ainsley, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

"She's meeting with his school and watching over him to be the parent while his dad is away," the source adds.

The "Living for Love" singer, who arrived at London's Heathrow Airport on Monday, September 12, later shared a hilarious video of herself speaking in a British accent on her Instagram story, saying, "When going to visit the headmistress, one must visit the headmistress."

During her stay, Madonna and Rocco enjoyed dinner together Wednesday, September 14, at Farmacy, a vegan restaurant in Notting Hill, a second source confirms to Us.

As Us Weekly previously reported, the Queen of Pop and Ritchie settled the bitter custody battle over their eldest son last week. The Associated Press confirmed at the time that Rocco will remain in London, where the English filmmaker and current wife Ainsley reside.

Madonna and Ritchie's custody battle began in December 2015 when Rocco refused to return to the United States for Christmas. In April, the "Like a Virgin" singer and Rocco met in London to discuss the situation. "This is the first sign of him getting close to his mom again," a source exclusively told Us at the time. "She's in such a good mood."

Madonna and Ritchie, who married in December 2000, are also parents of son David, 10, who they adopted. Madonna is also mom of Lourdes, 19, from a previous relationship, and Mercy, 10, who she adopted. Ritchie shares three young children with Ainsley, who he wed in July 2015.
