Schefft, 34, and husband Joe Waterman welcomed their first child on Nov. 13 in Chicago.

The couple's little bundle of joy weighed in at 7 pounds and is "doing great," the first-time mom tells Us. "She's kind of flirty and just bats her eyes. It's so cute!"

Schefft (with her gorgeous little girl in her lap) got emotional telling Us about motherhood. "I knew that I would love her this much, but I didn't really know how that actually felt until she got here!"

The PR exec also dishes on her parenting style ("I'm definitely not as laid back as I thought or hoped I would be!"), how Mae "looks like her Daddy" and her plans to drop the baby weight.
