Molly Sims is a multitasking mama — and she’s good at it, too! Having welcomed daughter Scarlett in March, the supermodel mom has her hands full, but that doesn’t mean she can’t pull off a kick-butt superhero birthday party for her son, Brooks, and pamper her husband for Father’s Day in the same weekend.
“We’re having a party for all of our friends and family Saturday — Batman-themed, of course!” Sims told Us Weekly of how she’ll celebrate her superhero-obsessed son’s latest milestone. Later, Sims’ extended family will gather on Father’s Day to wish their son and his dad, Scott Stuber, well.
“I knew from the moment I met him that he would be a great husband, great father, and a true partner,” the model, designer, and actress, 42, gushed to Us of her producer husband of four years. “I fell in love with every single part of him. I feel so lucky that Brooks and Scarlett have him as a role model to look up to.”
To make sure her man knows just how much he’s loved on Father’s Day, Sims is prepping a special care package full of essentials from Birchbox, the monthly beauty and lifestyle subscription service, for her husband to use while traveling. “I like the idea of a gift that keeps on giving, especially when it’s a surprise every month,” said Sims, who intends to stock Stuber’s box with goodies from The Art of Shaving. “Almost every man I know loves grooming products — whether he likes to admit it or not!”
Spending the summer in New York’s Hamptons before Brooks starts preschool, Sims and her family are adjusting well to becoming a family of four. As Sims tells Us, big brother Brooks is a great helper with Scarlett, 2 months. “Brooks is very protective over her. When he isn’t around her, he always asks to FaceTime just so he can check on her. It’s so cute!” Sims said. “She’s starting to smile and interact a lot more so we are having so much fun with that.”
