Enjoying some R&R before getting to work! Vanessa Lachey was recently cast in the lead role on the new NBC sitcom People Are Talking, playing the wife of Saved by the Bell alum Mark Paul-Gosselaar’s character.

Thrilled by the news, the mother of two took to Instagram to share a sweet family photo with her thousands of followers.

“CHEERS! With my family celebrating my NEW T.V. family#PeopleAreTalking! I am so excited to be joining #NBC this Fall to keep you ALL laughing every Friday night!#markpaulgosselaar #tonebell#breshawebb #djnash #willpacker#korinhuggins #pamfryman,” she captioned the pic, which featured her husband, Nick Lachey, and two children Camden, 2, and baby Brooklyn, 5 months, standing in the ocean.

In the shot, the happy parents lifted two beers in the air, clinking bottles in celebration. The former 98 Degrees boy bander, 41, showed off his impressive six-pack while the former MTV VJ, 34, sported a slimming black one-piece swimsuit with a brimmed hat. Little Camden is rocking Babiators -- children's aviator-style sunglasses.

People Are Talking is set to air Fridays at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC come fall.
