Mom-to-be Ivanka Trump hit Macy's in New York City on Thursday to launch her new footwear line. Yet it wasn't her haute heels that got the most attention.

Although she is six-months pregnant with her first child with hubby Jared Kushner, Trump, 29, appeared more svelte than swollen in a black mini dress, which cleverly camouflaged her growing bump. See more photos from Trump's Macy's appearance.

Expecting a baby girl, "she's having a lot of fun planning outfits already," a friend told Us recently. "She said she might even go into designing clothes for kids."
