Victoria Beckham has done her best to keep her baby bump under wraps, but thanks to her husband David, it's on display for all to see!

The L.A. Galaxy soccer star, 36, posted a Facebook photo of his wife sunbathing Thursday. "Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn't looking," David wrote. "She looks amazing! So close now to the baby being born!"

The striking image comes days after the former Spice Girl told Women's Wear Daily that she didn't want to expose her bare bump on magazine covers like Demi Moore, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

"I'm not really one of those people that likes to go out and pose and flaunt being pregnant," Victoria, 37, said. "Not like there's anything wrong in that. I'm so proud to be pregnant and I feel so blessed and so happy, I really do. But I'm just not that kind of person."
The couple are currently awaiting the arrival of their first daughter together. They are already parents to sons sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.

16"baby's" not "babies"
@Karena Acree-P�¡ez - the babies weight cuts off the circulation from a major vein in your hip - you are not supposed to lay flat on your back for more than a few minutes. i'm sure she was fine though, it only takes a second to pose for a picture. and yes, having been pregnant twice, and giving birth (sitting up) twice, i know what i am talking about.

Honestly, WHO CARES?!! If she wants to have her tummy photographed, then back off. Shes beautiful, always has been, and has the money to always remain that way. People should back off. Oh and Im quite sure she has a much better team of doctors than we have, so If they feel its safe to lay on her back, then just let the lady be.
She's not the kind of person to bare her belly but her husband posted it anyway? Besides it's been done, done, and overdone. It's time all the famous pregos got dressed. It was incredible the first time, when Demi did it, the rest not so much.
Actually Anonymous, flat on your back is not a good way to give birth. Being upright makes birth so much easier. But that is neither here nor there. Victoria looks beautiful.

i had two children and believe me, you can lay flat. what do you think how you push the baby out, at least in civilized countries? laying on your back... and flat, if you don't make it to the hospital like me.

its not recommended to lay on your back as your pregnancy progresses because the weight of the baby cuts off circulation in your body. Im 5.5 months pregnant and havent really developed a bump yet but im definitely more comfortable on my side rather than back. She looks awesome hopefully ill look that good when I do finally pop out
Of course you ***CAN** lay flat on your back like that in your third trimester! Why wouldn't you, unless you have some kind of disability that made you unable to lay flat on your back before you got pregnant?
To posh to push! She's has 3 scheduled c-sections/tummy tuck combos and will have a 4th. Ugh.
Not one to flaunt her bump? Good Lord. Sure you're not. On a brighter note, I saw a pic of her last week where she actually had a hint of a smile...could a daughter be softening that pouty face she always has?
Well, well, well! I thought she had said she wasn't one of those celebrities who display their baby bumps! She has been hiding so people don't see her fatter, which I think it's crazy because she is pregnant, she has to gain weight, she is supposed to get fatter. Victoria is obssessed with her image and she is too vain, that's why she wouldn't miss the chance of displaying her belly in such a beautiful picture. She looks amazing and she has to flaunt it. Sorry for the use of the expression "baby bump", but English is not my first language and I don't know another way of saying it.
please...she doesn't know she's being photographed? yeah right! who "sunbathes" like that? besides, you can't lay flat on your back like that when you are in your third trimester.
