Poll: More Moms Trust Jen Aniston With Their Kids Than Angelina Jolie

More American mothers trust Jennifer Aniston with their kids than Angelina Jolie, according to a new poll. Ellen DeGeneres and her partner Portia de Rossi -- who have no children -- topped a ParentDish.com poll of more than 10,000 moms that asked which star they would feel most comfortable leaving their kids with.

They nabbed 31 percent of votes, while the single Aniston came in second with 22 percent. Jolie and beau Brad Pitt -- who have six kids -- nabbed 18 percent of votes; Oprah Winfrey got just nine percent.

Jolie also came in at the bottom in a list of five best celebrity mothers. (Jennifer Garner topped the list, followed by first lady Michelle Obama, who tied with Reese Witherspoon.)

The poll, which was conducted to mark Mother's Day on Sunday, was held on AOL's parenting website ParentDish.com between April 23-May 5.

25I'm not surprised. Angelina has had too many problems in her past. Also, with all of the other kids running around Angelina's house, your child won't get as much attention as it would at Jen's empty nest. Finally, Jen just seems like a nicer person than Angelina. Despite all of Angelina's charity work, she still has an instability and hardness to her. I think it comes from the baggage of her past, but also from her restless, constant moving, the rapid fire way in which she had a truckload of kids, which makes me wonder how much she thought about it and made sure that she would have a stable relationship with Brad before bringing six kids into the relationship. It's also about Angelina's man stealing more than one husband, which speaks to her character, and knowing that as a PR genious, we might not be getting the truth when we see the committed mom bit. I think she does parade her kids around a bit, which she might do with you kid, and I don't think that it's healthy. Angelina could go through the back entrance to a building more often, take the kids for ice cream at private table away from windows though which the paparazzi could photograph her with the kids, or use the nannies to take the kids to a closed location and meet them there a minute later because the paparazzi won't want to film them with nannies. She doesn't. God, Sandra Bullock just proved that it's possible, even if it's inconvienent, to keep a kid out of the spotlight, even in the middle of a public relations hurricane! I'd leave my kids with Sandra before I'd leave them with Angelina.
I'm pretty sure Jen won this poll because of Angelina's history of being a nut job. If I had the choice between leaving my child with a normal person, or someone who has a past of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine, self mutilation, promiscuity with men, women, and married individuals, I think I'd choose Jen, too.
Obviously, no one can say how good of a parent Jennifer is, since she doesn't have kids..Angie and Brad are humanitarians for children's rights AND they have kids; It's a no-brainer: Angie and Brad are great parents and great w/ kids!
I have three grown children and have run a daycare for 22 years. Seriously? Moms polled would rather have inexperienced people watch their kids than experienced and as far as I can tell, good and loving people? That does not say much for those moms polled. Next time poll me. I am an educated and experienced mom who would trust my children with the same. Hasn't the whole Jen/Angie competition gone a bit far this time? Next time, try to get some reasoning behind the madness. I would be curious to hear why these moms would trust their kids to people they do not know. Ha.
These poll was based on popularity or there the lack of. Most people would say Jennifer only because they pity her, not because they would really leav their children with her. This poll is bogus and all it does is fuel the masses, or the few people who are still pissed off Brad upgraded. As for implying that Angie's kids are spoiled, how do you know that, unless you live with them. If anything they seem like normal everyday kids you would see walking downt the street. Take a good look at Suri if you want to know what spoiled is. Then we can talk.
Well lets see just cause you have kids does not mean your a good mom or mean I would entrust my kids with you. Morally I would pick jen over angelina anyday. Anyone that would intentionally break up a marriage and than brag about it years later is a nut in my book. More power to jen and all of us projen do it cause she deserves it not cause we feel sorry for her. As far as finding her love maybe that crap brad and angie put her through is making her question if she was with the right person from the beginning. She deserves mr. right not mr maybe.
I agree with you JULIE. I can't stand how the media is "poor jennifer" and blah blah blah. She had a very sexy husband and didnt want children or whatever. Now everyone feels sorry for her because she can't "find love". Ugh, that annoys me. But getting back to the subject, I would most definately entrust Angelina Jolie with my children.
What freaking survey was this? I bet ya only like 100 people answered and the "results" came out to this. I personally would prefer Angelina because she actually HAS children, is with them constantly and has enough heart to be out there helping them live better lives etc. Why would i want Jen Aniston, God bless her sweet heart, but she has no experiance with children, has no children, avoids the issue on having children and isn't that big of a supporter to children programs and benefits like Angelina is? No offense but this "survey" is a bunch of S H I T. No way would i give my children to Jennifer over Angelina.
Lxyandra I totally agree with you. Jen has NO experience with kids, barely talks about having one and tabloids LYING that she's having one. I'd be totally surprised if she gets pregnant, for real. lol if she doesn't have kids by then she'd be rumored to be copying Angelina Jolie cause she'll be adopting instead. what a screwed up life.

Jennifer Aniston doesnt even have a kid, and Angelina manages (greatly) with six . of course there are mishaps, kids are growing personalities and check their allowance zone, but i would rather trust my kid with Angelina then to a woman who didnt want kids at all and even in movie role holds a baby like a wet grocery bag .
please.. Angie doesn't even know how to discipline her own kids.. She makes them grow to become spoiled selfish brats that's it.. Besides Angie is not a good example that is the reason why they do not want to trust her with anyone's kids..
Jennifer never had any Children, How could she be a better Mom. She better hurry, she is geting old. Also she is to busy dating whoever will go out with her. Angie is so Beautiful, that most Women are Jealous of her. Jen, isn't very pretty. My Husband says when he sees her picture. "Arf Arf" but not Angelina. People are amazingly stupid - if such a poll truly exists and this isn't more drivel that is being touted. On the off chance that the average American mother would have the opportunity to leave her children with either Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Aniston, I think that most would pick Jolie. Jennifer Aniston has no children (adopted or otherwise), has no maternal experience with children, and has made it quite apparent that she has zero desire for children. In addition, Aniston has publicly acknowledged to heavy partying and pot smoking when she and Brad Pitt were married, behaviors that she still engages in. While Jolie admits to some issues with drugs in the past, she also acknowledges how she has learned from past behavior. She is committed to her family, her acting, and her humanitarian efforts. It is all reiterated by how hands' on she is with everything. Angelina Jolie took on the responsibility of becoming a mother - a single mother on top of that - before she was 30. Jennifer Aniston is now middle-aged and still lacks the maturity necessary to become a parent. I think it would be a cold day before any responsible and informed mother would leave her children with Aniston.

Of course people would if they had any brains whatsoever.Jen does not break up marriages,have differnet strangers in and out of all these childrens life's. She does not wear blood,have sex with animals,Angies kids are in for treat when they suf the internet.She does not cut herself and her lovers both male/female/animals.She does not sleep with her moms boyfriends at 14 yrs of age.Have sex on way to red carpet then shake hand with everyone there..ewww. Angie is NOT a great mom! she sells pics of her children, always exposes them to the paparazzi, have their kids not talk to anyone at school, dresses cute girl Shiloh like a boy. she is a scary and so not normal mom
Angelina Jolie is a wonderful hand's on mother. Who's Jen Aniston sharing a hotel room with in Miami this coming weekend? Angelina Jolie has shown herself to be true humanitarian who works tirelessly for good causes all over the world. Did Jen and John Mayer secretly hook-up again? Angelina Jolie has six children. Three are adopted and three are her biological children. Doesn't Jen Aniston have a dog or something? I think I saw a picture some months back maybe? Do you see where I'm going here? I guess it would be alright to leave a kid with Aniston, but if there was a choice to be made---the clear winner should be the one who's already a very good mommy.

It's not question of Angie beating Jen or otherwise it's a question of how stupid these ppl r to compare mothers.Different ppl hav different parenting styles but what is most important is that all mothers want the best for their children.As i said earlier Angie is a great mom and so will Jen be once she has kids.Both are wonderful women.
